It was burnt down when the army of the Takeda attacked them in the 7th year of the Eiroku period (1564). Senkouji is the historic temple because, it has endeared itself to many of villagers since the far past.

It was rainy day on the taking interview. But the weather got nice. It has four seasons that Cherry blossoms are in full bloom in spring, hydrangea blooms in summer, the leaves turn in autumn and it is snowy in winter.
